On 28th of April 1938 the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance was formed and was previously known as the Indian Institute of Bankers. Under the section of 26 the Indian Companies act 1939 this institute was formed.This institute was formed to provides quality of bankers and financial managers to the nations financial institutions and banks.
