It was claimed by the 29year old Ayesha Siddiqui that she has been married to Sohaib Malik since 3rd June 2002. The Nikah took place on phone, accepted by Sohaib. Ayesha Alleges that in the Nikah there phone and internet courtship culminated, the Nikah by an Islamic cleric was conducted on the phone. Ayesha siddiqui says that she has a document to prove it.
For a haq maher of Rs500 by the Hafez Mahommad Khaled the marriage was performed and the marriage document was attested by the Sialkot residents Mukhtar Ali Khan and Syed Abrar Hussain.
Police complaint has be filed by the Ayesha Siddiqui that on 15th of April Malik planned to marry Sania Mirza the Indian Tennis star.
