Ajay Devgan the Bollywood actor was charged Rs100 for smoking at a public place in Goa. He was caught when he was shooting for his upcoming movie Golmaal 3.
Police said that, “A fine notice will be issued to all the actors today following a complaint filed by the Director of Health Services”.
The Directorate of Health Services filled the complaint when after he got violation for his notice by a non-governmental organization National Organisation for Tobacco Eradication (NOTE).
After verifying the photograph published in a local news paper, police have acted well, said by the Deu Benaulikar the Deputy Superintendent of Police.
By the time by general secretary of NOTE Shekhar Salkar, has showed his happiness to the police action.
“Although the amount charged is low, but actors will realize that the act should not be voilated” said by Shekhar Salkar
He also said that, “Ajay Devgan is an habitual offender and their is a need of stringent act towards such offender”.
The Golmaal hero was also caught in the month of January (this year).
